Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.
Free Pick Up In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.
1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.
2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”
4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

One of my best buys
Review by pmtasI've had this oven now for about 18 months and I find it to be the perfect size for just about everything. I use it to roast, bake, reheat, toast and grill. It doesn't make the kitchen hot in the summer, and is far more energy efficient than my wall oven. It's one of the best kitchen buys I've ever made.

It needs to be made bigger so you can use two trays to cook roasts etc. I use mine on a daily basis, I don't use the main oven and haven't done so for years, but it needs to be higher and have two or three racks. Top one for roasts, (enough room for a chicken) second for roast potato's and the third possibly for a desert, other than this it is excellant and recomend to anyone.
