Rated 5 out of 5 by PaulWaller from Easy to use printer I'm happy with the Brother MFC-9330CDW Colour laser printer. It has worked well since I purchased it and has recently had all its Toner Cartridges replaced. The one that come with it don't last too long but that is expected. The cartridges are well designed and the entire thing doesn't have to be thrown out as with other printers. Just the toner hopper is replaced which I feel better about as far as carbon footprint. They are moderately expensive but not as expensive as the previous printer I had. I really like the fact that I can Airprint from my iphone or ipad with ease, a function that I couldn't do with the previous printer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jarnie from Excellent Entry Level Laser Printer Very pleased with functions and print speed. Scan to Print function is average quality for photos or complex shaded graphics but the Scan to Screen function is flawless. Previous comments about duplex copying not working are incorrect as I found this feature to work on both copying and printing without issue. Machine is very quiet and goes to sleep between print jobs automatically without fuss. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the machine, it is a lot larger than an inkjet printer and while cartridges are more expensive they are better value for money long-term due to the higher yield. Gave 4 out of 5 as this machine cannot print images of photo quality like it inkjet predecessor can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Paul2017 from Value for Home Office This was so simple to set up, I have it as a WiFi Networked printer, speed and print quality is great, I have used double sided printing a breeze and multpage scanning too easy, can't wait to see how it scans old photos

Rated 3 out of 5 by UncleDichy from Home Office printer Prints very well, but is slow when printing double-sided. Scanner and accompanying scanner software are great. Major issue is failure of fuser roller after only 9 months of light use. Entire printer was replaced under warranty with refurbished unit. Fuser roller on refurbished unit also failed 9 months after replacement (see a pattern here?). Even though warranty had expired, the replacement printer was replaced with another refurbished unit. This should be a concern, since fuser rollers on home office machines should last at least 50,000 pages and both of mine failed after fewer than 7,000 pages. If the current fuser roller fails within the next year, I'm switching to another brand of printer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by GEzikpe from Poor Support I set up my printer and could get it to send scanned documents to my laptop via Wi-Fi. About 9 months later I am unable to send scan documents to my laptop and I called support. Support refused to assist me to add the applicaton to the exemption list of my anti virus and will not tell me what file to add to the list because I declined to pay for a yearly maintenance package I do not need. This has never happened to me with other software, I have actually had extensive support with similar issue when trying to connect to an external system via VPN. Why should I pay over $100 just to get this to work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by HWBe from Love It I've owned the MFC9440CN and liked it very much. It did everything I needed for many years. Eventually it was tie to buy another MFC and being used to all the features, settings, and the user interface I purchased the MFC9330. It is just as nice but has a smaller footprint - great. The one thing I am unhappy about though is that contrary to the 9440 this machine does not allow for printing single checks (smaller than half a page) when feeding them through the front. Consistently the checks get jammed and the only way I found to print them is by using a full page of paper as a guide sheet (put both into the front together). Otherwise - great system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Wonderful Printer I purchased this printer to replace an all-in-one ink jet in a home office...was tired of frequent and expensive ink cartridge changes, ink runs with pages that accidentally got wet (cooking recipes) and generally lackluster print quality. Boy what a difference! My Brother now prints sharp pages that just have a more solid "feel" and crispness to the pages than before. Fast enough. When I change cartridges it's not cheap but they last and last - the cost per page is better. The software is easy to use and for what I do, works flawlessly. This one is easy to recommend. Good job Brother!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Suzi from Nice to have a colour laser writer I bought this about a month ago and set it up myself with a bit of help from the guys at Brother Tech Help. I haven't used it to it's full potential yet as I haven't tried to send files from my phone. What i really don't like is the Auto function for printing is full colour. As most of my documents don't need to be in colour I always have to go in an change it to mono to save the coloured ink. I have looked how to change it so that black is my default option but I can't see how to do it. Maybe a call to the tech guys would be in order. Everything else seems to be good and I've always used Brother MFCs and am happy with the quality.
