Rated 5 out of 5 by tommyj from Only cut myself twice so far I bought these knives a few weeks ago. They are nice and sharp, took a chunk out of one finger and a slice in another. Be careful with them! They also chop food really well. I think they are worth the money, just let your skills build up before you start acting like you're on Masterchef in front of the missus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cherryboy from Awesome knifes Bought about 3 weeks ago and still sharp after using them many times. Light and well balaced knives that glide through anything you cut. Would highly recommend them to any one who doesnt want to spend massive amounts on knives yet wants quality that will last forever.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jlee from Works like a charm. I bought this set of Global knives about a month ago and it was delivered promptly. Works very well with all types of asian cooking which I do mostly. Only qualm is that the santouku does not have "dimples."
