Only registrations which are submitted and comply with these conditions of entry may take part in this promotion. 2. The Gift Card offer is only open to Australian residents who purchase the participating models during the Offer Period. The directors and employees of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers and JURA stockists (and members of all such persons’ immediate families) are ineligible to participate in the Gift Card Offer. Claim forms with an address outside of Australia will be deemed invalid. 3. The Gift Card Offer cannot be accepted or used in conjunction with any other offer. It is not transferable or exchangeable by the consumer. The Gift Card is not transferable or exchangeable in any way. 4. You must pay the full purchase price for the Eligible Product (see clause 7) during the Offer Period in order to be eligible to receive a Gift Card from the Promoter. The Promoter is not obliged to honour any claim where the consumer has paid only the deposit on a participating JURA product or have entered into a rental, lay-by (unless the lay-by was commenced and paid in full during the Offer Period), seconds or scratch and dent products. 5. Only one claim is permitted per Eligible Product purchased. Multiple claims are permitted provided that a separate entry is completed for each Eligible Product purchased. A limit of 3 claims per household applies. 6. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Offer gives consumers the opportunity to receive a Gift Card from the Promoter when a consumer purchases any eligible JURA coffee machine (see clause 7) from any nationwide participating JURA stockist between 15th March, 2012 and 27th May, 2012 (“the Offer Period”). 7. If you make a valid claim on a: I. ENA Micro 9 or ENA 9 OT Coffee Machine you are eligible to receive $50 JURA Accessories Gift Card; II. Impressa C9 Piano Black, Impressa J9.2 Aus or J9.3 OT you are eligible to receive a $100 JURA Accessories Gift Card; III. Impressa J9.3 TFT Chrome, Impressa Z7 Aluminium you are eligible to receive a $200 JURA Accessories Gift Card; IV. GIGA 5 you are a eligible to receive a $300 JURA Accessories Gift Card; 8. Consumers must log on to www.juragiftcard.com.au and complete the online claim form with requested details by 11:59pm AEDST 3rd June, 2012. The completed online form must be printed and mailed with consumers original tax invoice to: JURA Gift Card, Locked Bag 6005, Richmond, VIC 3121. Entries must be received by last mail on 18th June, 2012. Claims redeemed after this date will be deemed invalid and consumers will not receive the Gift Card. Upon validation of the claim form, consumers will be mailed a Gift Card for the relevant Australian dollar amount within 15 business days. 9. Consumers should retain a copy of their tax invoice for their records. 10. Gift Cards will be sent by ordinary mail to the address provided on the claim form. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide the correct address. The promoter is not responsible for any delays in payment or errors due to factors outside its reasonable control. 11. The Gift Card will need to be activated online at www.giftcardplanet.com.au within 3 months of receiving the card. The Gift Card will expire 12 months from date of activation. Gift Cards can be used anywhere EFTPOS is accepted. 13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter will not be obliged to honour any incomplete forms. The Promoter reserves the right at any time before, on and/or after the closing date of the Gift Card offer to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with claiming process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 14. Any costs incurred by the consumer in submitting a Gift Card claim or otherwise in participating in this promotion are the consumer’s sole responsibility. Liability for any tax on any benefits provided to you will be your responsibility. 15. The Promoter and its associated agencies collect your personal information so that you can participate in this promotion. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in this promotion. The Promoter and its associated agencies may use this information to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to organisations that provide it with administrative services in this regard. You consent to the Promoter and its associated agencies to using and disclosing your personal information. If you do not tick the opt-out box on the claim form, you also agree that the Promoter and its associated agencies may send you future material for its future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter and its associated agencies. You are entitled to access, update or correct this information. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, it its sole and absolute discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law to :(a) disqualify any claimant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 17.
