Delivery

Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.

Free Pick Up In Store

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.

1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.

2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).

3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

    I have had my Jura J9.3 TFT coffee machine for a week and absolutely love it. The one touch coffee making is fabulous and there are so many ways to customise the strength, volume of milk and temperature of the coffee it produces. I have always been sceptical of the milk frothing on these automatic machines but it has certainly proved me wrong - the froth is just as I would do it manually. The milk flask is also a great idea rather than a milk tank that requires refrigeration immediately after use. The screen and look of the machine was a big seller for me as this machine looks very smart and modern. The filter is great as it means no descaling and also it rinses itself before and after use to effectively 'clean' the pipes - no pulling apart the machine and cleaning the internals like my old saeco. The price was double that of my old saeco but that said, it lasted for about 10 years, so as a die-hard coffee lover, think this machine is well worth the money. A big thanks to Mandy at HN Bennetts Green for her great customer service and making this choice easy.

    Bought from Harvey Norman, Mothers' Day sale at very good price though still quite expensive. Read manual quite a few times as there are so many choices of coffee styles and also to learn how to customize strength for differing tastes.Now have mastered the size, strength and milk content for our various cup-sizes and just love this machine. Froths best if flask supplied is used rather than milk in a bottle and wouldn't mind the option of a larger flask as an extra,as we enjoy cappucinos mid-morning. ( Just means checking milk level often - no biggee! ) Maybe some sort of gauge on outside of flask is available - like gas bottles? Compared to old Saeco this machine is pure joy .. and looks superb too.
