Delivery
Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.
Free Pick Up In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.
1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.
2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”
4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

Review by At home bakerI was looking for a mixer for months I checked all of them out and hands down this one comes up on top! The only thing that I have found bad is the price of most of there accessories but the ones I need came with it and I got a mincer as well!

Review by neillyMy mother had once since she moved out of home, and recently bought me one as a housewarming gift. So glad I have my own! Stainless steel bowl is fantastic, the attachments are all used frequently, and it's the same reliable, quality product that my mum got all those years ago. Don't bother with a KitchenAid or any other brand, this is the real deal.

Top quality, long lasting
Review by JimboStrong motor means it can cope with large batches (especially dough). Also motor can handle the optional attachments such as food processor, vitamiser etc

just like the pros use
Review by raymondothe Kenwood mixer with its planetary action is still the best mixer around as a pastry cook and using commercial mixers for 20 years it is the only one that stacks up for me.
