Delivery

Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.

Free Pick Up In Store

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.

1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.

2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).

3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

    Just purchased this from HN, Woodville SA. Great advice and service (the opposition just gave me a tape measure so I could work things out for myself). After reading lots of poor Internet reviews about just about all brands of m/waves, I decided to go with LG which, on average, seemed to fare the best. I did good. This model does what I need, is good value and is much quieter than my old Sharp (which finally came to an end, after 8 years). Highly recommended, and hope I can say the same 25 months on (I like LG's 2-year warranty too).

  2. My LG expreience

    My LG microwave just stopped heating 4 days ago. It is 2 years and 3 months old. It came with a 2 year warranty but stopped working with 1 week left on the warranty. LG fixed it, but now 3 months later its dead. I will buy another brand this time, probably Sharp brand. I hear they seal their units better against cooking moisture.
