You can even work on a single muscle group with the Single Exercise exercise section, then check on your progress with personal stats and fitness graph.
Multiplayer
There's no need to train alone - work out with up to three friends and compete for the top stats score. Plus sign in online via the PlayStation Network to share your scores and see what exercises your friends are tackling, send out challenges and earn points!
