Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Free Pick Up In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.
1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.
2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”
4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Poor Choice - Choose ANYTHING ELSE
Review by RobertBreedI recently purchased this modem to replace a fantastic Billion modem that died on me. It was nothing but an absolute headache to try and configure and obtain support for. Essentially it doesn't give you many options, you just plug it in and type your username and password, all the default settings should work fine - not in my case.

I spent in total around 12 hours attempting to get this modem to work correctly on my line however due to an incompatability with the firmware (internal software that tells it what to do, same as what runs a tv, dvd player etc) it would only connect at half the speed it was supposed to. I tried other modems to prove to Netgear that was their modem was at fault. In the end, Netgear have advised me this modem is "End of Life", which means they will not fix any problems with the firmware on these things.
A more detailed account is that the modem is syncing to the DSLAM under ANSI T1.413 which is a legacy DSL standard that was implemented in North American in the past. This gave me a sync speed of 10mbit as opposed to normally syncing at 23mbit.
Harvey Norman have been very helpful, they replaced my first modem as Netgear assumed it must have been just a one off, and after speaking to Harvey Norman again they have agreed to replace this one with a different brand. Thanks Harvey Norman, but never again Netgear.
