Delivery

Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.

Free Pick Up In Store

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.

1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.

2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).

3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

    Previously, i had a old 2005 Billion adsl modem connected to a high powered Linksys N-gigabit router trying to suck adsl2+ speeds from an adsl billion modem. shocking!!. So after much research i came to the conclusion that all modem routers are good at sending a fast signal. what sets good routers apart is whether they can hold a stable connection at any range. On reviewing websites like cnet, the 'expert' testers reviews were completely opposite to customers reviews which made it hard for me to trust and decide. I ended up going for a trustworthy brand like Netgear and wow was it a good decision. i highly recommend this router and probably the other more hardcore modem routers made by netgear. amazing piece of equipment.

    I recently purchased this router as a replacement for an unreliable outer. This netgear router has a lot of features and was so easy to setup, highly recommend it.
