Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Wristband! Was debating between the Loop and a nike fuelband. Ultimately went with the Loop so I could pair it with an h7. This thing is awesome! It tells me to get off my butt if I have been sitting around too long via my phone. It motivates me to keep active with the countdown functions with workout types. Also it's waterproof which none of the other bands are or atleast confident enough to say so. People complain about the cutting part to size. It really is pretty idiotproof. Read the directions, measure your wrist, cut one above your size for comfort, and boom done. My only gripe is that the app doesn't talk with any other apps like MyFitnessPal or LoseIt. Not a big deal though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from True Regret I bought this to replace my Fitbit Flex. I should have just bought another Fitbit. The Android app wouldn't work on my phone after my phone updated to the KitKat OS. Even before the update, it wouldn't sync to my phone, just kept telling me to push the "loop" button to sync. Like every 5 minutes... Was hard on the battery for both the phone and the Loop. I couldn't integrate my activity automatically with MyFitnessPal either, like I was able with Fitbit. I truly have buyer's remorse. The only thing I can say good about it is that it looks better on my wrist than the Fitbit Flex ever did, but I don't like its limited usefulness.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I was very excited about this wrist band. I read reviews about the Bluetooth capability and being able to sync your heart rate monitor to the loop. I thought I had done my research but I was wrong!. First of all, I don't like the fact that you have to cut the band with scissors in order to adjust it to your wrist. Now I have no option other than keeping the band with no use to me. Second of all, I didn't realize that the app only works with iPhones and not Android!. So now I have an activity tracker that I can't sync with my phone and in order to sync my activity I have to manually upload it to the computer. Not happy about this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK - But need more please Add The loop is cool, but needs to integrate with other applications. Fitbit allows the integration, but not Heart Rate like Polar. I have to wear both and would like only one. Polar needs to add or integrate food tracking, food diary, better dashboard or able to customize dashboard, add a scale or integration with other scales, and integration with MyFitnessPal or other applications to be a well rounded active / daily tracker. At this time I have to wear the Fitbit and login to multiple applications. This will allow me to have one stop shop for app and tracker. Once a product has all that they will get my business, but I do love Polar. So hope you win the race. At this time I would not recommend, but might change my mind and fix recommendation at a later date.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from activity tracking is a little lacking I got this as a Christmas present from my husband and I started using it a couple of months ago. I love the fact the it is waterproof, but I find that the battery drains quickly if it gets wet a lot. It captures most of my activity, but I find that if I'm standing in one place for a prolonged period of time it does not give me "credit" for being up and it counts it as sitting on my activity tracker. In addition, skiing is also counted just as standing or walking. It feels like I have to swing my arms when a walk in order to get it to register that I'm walking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best option! I bought this tracker almost a year ago after looking at several other trackers on the market. It's capability to be used with a chest heart rate monitor really sets it apart from other trackers. The accuracy of the chest HRM is also better than other wrist mounted trackers with built-in HRM ability that are available today. The only features that would be nice to have would be vibration for notifications and some method of checking the battery level without plugging it in but these are small potatoes. If you want a tracker that will give you an extra edge for exercising and sports, this is your tracker!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the best of all of them I've tried just about every band out there. And I've been using some form of workout log/tracking type system for over 20 years (back in the day of the little spiral bound Jeff Galloway-based notebook log things). So once the first activity bands started to come out, I jumped on it. Had the very first-gen Jawbone UP band, and like everyone else who had that early model, mine failed. And the replacement they sent also failed. And again. They were nice enough to refund my money. So then the FitBits started to show up. I got one of the FitBit 'One' model - the one that clamps onto your belt or waistband, whatever. Not bad, but it fell off a few times, and I really wanted a better BAND. So then the second-generation UP came out. Also tried it. Bottom line, the UP isn't made to withstand water or harsh conditions. Just not tough enough. So I replaced it with a FitBit Flex. Very nice. But I was still using a watch - a Polar RS-300 watch/heart rate monitor thing. I wanted ONE band to replace them both. When the Loop was announced I jumped all over it. Haven't even <thought> about replacing with something else. It looks great, feels great on the wrist, does all the functions I want without missing a beat - it's the only band that is 'set it and forget it'. No need to put in 'sleep mode' to track your sleep, or 'activity mode' to track your workout. It's really simple and easy. Get it - you won't regret it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Get the A300 instead Polar always makes great stuff but I feel they really missed the mark on this one. The biggest problem is that if you are in the sun you can hardly read the display at all. If you're wearing sunglasses forget it. I know its a fitness tracker but its nice to at least be able to glance at your HR. I didn't like cutting the band to adjust it and the metal clasp is for jewlery or a watch, not something you want to workout with. Also the charging cable is proprietary, I've got micro usb everywhere now I need this other cable?! If your looking at this get the A300. Btw I have a M400 it's awesome and the HR straps are great.
