Easy-to-Use

With buttons set around a large and easy-to-read display screen, the Polar RS400 heart rate monitor is very easy-to-use. Before using it simple enter your details using the buttons, including: time, date, language, measurement units (metric or imperial), weight, height, date of birth and gender. For your convenience, the RS400 lists up to 99 exercise files for you to review.

Smart Coaching

Polar offers you the following Smart Coaching features built-in to the RS400 heart rate monitor: Fitness Test, OwnZone, OwnCal, Running Index with optional S1 Footpod**, Recovery Test, Training Load. Fitness Test allows you to monitor your progress in just five minutes while your body is at rest. OwnCal lets you know how many calories you have burnt based on the intensity of your training and the details you originally buttoned-in.

Running Index helps you keep perform at your peak and is sure to be very helpful over time. Regular use of Running Index lets you know how your running performance is improving based on your heart rate and the speed data collected from a compatible Polar GPS or Speed Sensor. A higher reading indicates that you can run faster with less effort.

Go Further

You can push your body to go the distance with OwnZone, which helps guide you to train at the optimal and safest intensity to improve your aerobic fitness. Recovery Test assesses your personal training status to help you avoid severe overtraining. This test helps you see if you need more time to recover. The Training Load feature helps you find the ideal balance between rest and training, advising if and when rest days are required to ensure optimal performance when you exercise. Delivery

Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.

Free Pick Up In Store

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.

1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.

2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).

3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).
