samsung tab s2 97 keyboard cover - black is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't snap I'm irritated with this product because my Tab S2 will not snap into place. The directions are as simple as "align and connect." I've been trying to align the push tabs for an embarrassing amount of time, thinking my difficulty was an operator error. I've had no luck. Honestly, for the price I paid it should not be this difficult. Technically, it works well. The keyboard types. Hurrah! But my tablet isn't protected or secure. Is there some magic trick I'm missing? What incantation do I need to say? Do the Samsung gods demand a sacrifice? I'm at a loss.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Galaxy Tab S2 Keyboard Needing a keyboard for my Galaxy Tab S2 9.7" this was my first choice not because i knew what i was getting but because it matches in brand and appeal. Having had some daily use with the keyboard i've come to find that there are some draw backs, to start off the heaviness can add to a pretty light tablet i'm sure i weights twice as much as the tablet itself. For the price your'e paying it should include it's own charger, it should extra connections besides the charging port, availability in colors is lacking too there are my main issues with it so far and it limits me to using it as a desktop more than a take anywhere tablet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not reliable Bought this together with the S2 9.7 inch tablet. It was not backlit but I liked that it had a touch pad. However in actual usage, the touch pad wasn't that responsive. The whole keyboard stopped connecting to the tablet after a few days. It visible when you scan for Bluetooth devices but the keyboard keeps rejecting any connection. The led keeps flashing red, blue and green continuously. The batteries were fully charged so it was not a battery problem. Very disappointed especially given the high price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good keyboard, if you learn how to deal with its quirks Love that Ctrl-A, S, X, C and V and Alt-Tab work like windows computer keyboards. Quirk #1 - Keyboard sometimes loses connection with the tablet when the tablet has been in sleep mode for a while. You have to turn off bluetooth on the tablet for a few seconds and then turn it back on to get the keyboard to connect again. Quirk #2 - Keyboard cover turns off the tablet when you wrap it around the back to just read. A solution I finally figured out is to remove the keyboard (which is easy to do since the keyboard is held to the cover by magnets) and then fold the cover around the back. It's much easier to lift off th keyboard from the cover (lift off) than it is to remove the tablet (snapping off is more difficult) Quirk #3 - Hard to know how much battery the keyboard has remaining. Figured out that by holding down the Ctrl key down for 3 seconds will cause the light on the upper right of the keyboard to flash 3 times in a color of green, yellow or red, depending on how much charge is remaining. I charge it every few weeks and it has never gone below green (over 60%). I imagine it might last up to a month or two of light usage on a single charge. It uses the same charger connection as the tablet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weak protection and bad design I certainly would not recommend this case to a friend. Picture taking is inconvenient with the case because of the design you are forced to hold the case close while keeping the device steady in order to take good pictures but it proves much easier to merely remove the whole case. The case provides very little protection and I can see small scratches and scuffs on the sides from lowering my device and from the few times I've dropped the tablet from small heights (2'). Previously, I was a proud owner of a Galaxy Tab 3 and the case which was not from Samsung provided a much more comfortable use and kept my tablet from damage for over 3 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It just built for Tab S2 I like this book cover keyboard, slim designed, fit exactly for Tab S2, fully functions, many people have hard time to snap on the Tablet, it is as simple as flip over the S2 tablet screen face down on a desk with bath towel laid under as cushion in order to avoid scratch the tablet screen. Align the two buttons of the book cover to the holes at the back of the tablet, use your thumb located at the rear of the button and push down to snap on the S2 tablet, there you go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice addition to have This is an excellent keyboard and I love how it easily detatches from the case. The fact it has an on/off switch makes the battery last that much longer. The keys feel good and they respond well. Downside is that it is very expensive, and the keyboard is a bit small for people with larger hands. Also you cannot flip the keyboard part of the case back behind the tablet or the magnet sensor in the tablet will turn off the tablet thinking that the case is closed. This can make it a bit bulky to hold at times.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good, but case has room for improvement. The keyboard overall is very good and easy to use. There is no manual to speak of for the keyboard, and the Quick Start Guide does not exceed its title. There are several Android only keys made available on this keyboard you may not get on others. I like they replaced the ESC key with a Back key. I have used the following: Home key, show open apps, menu, brightness, volume, touchpad switch, search, screenshot. Since Samsung has decided to change the behavior of physical menu button, they keyboard is almost a must to get the function back. There are special functions of the keyboard as well. The ones I like are fn + cursor key, Ctrl a x c v, Alt + Tab. I also like that both delete and backspace keys are present. The copy/paste ability is really nice. The keyboard is very easy for me to type on full handed. I have typed this entire review with it. The keyboard can be a little slow to respond at times, but I think this may be due to the app and not the keyboard. There should be a built-in accelerometer that senses when it is upside down (folded back and not in use) so it turns off the keyboard. The power switch is very nice and helps extend the battery life. The battery has not died on me yet. The keyboard does not always connect easily, but does most of the time. The keyboard is not back lit and really needs to be. The cover is extremely low grade and began to tear on the corners almost immediately. I would expect (for the price) the cover would have been made with higher grade materials. I was expecting something more like pleather than cheap and extremely thin vinyl.
