My Perfect Wedding Planner is designed to help save time and energy while planning a wedding. From compiling your guest list to mailing the last thank you note, your wedding will be a success!
Guest List
Easily compile your guest list to include all individual guest names and address information. Quickly import contacts from Microsoft Outlook or a .csv file or enter them manually. You can even export your compiled list to your favorite address book when you are done.
Invitations
Create your invitations by dragging and dropping your guest names into each invitation. Inner and outer envelope wording is automatically suggested based on accepted wedding etiquette. You may customize the wording according to your preferences.
RSVP's
Easily record all acceptances and regrets. Assign meal selections and pull ongoing statistics of your RSVP's. Attendees: Review headcount and meal selections or even assign attendees to flights and hotels. Design your seating chart with our powerful yet flexible table layout feature. Assign attendees to tables using easy drag and drop capabilities. Also, build customized tent cards for your reception.
Gifts
Make gift tracking a snap - track gifts from you engagement, shower or wedding, who gave them, and if you sent a thank you note. Checklist: Includes over 100 wedding planning tasks that every bride and groom will need to address. The checklist is customizable so you can add, edit, or delete any tasks you like. Budget: Stay on top of your budget and know exactly how much you have spent and how much you have remaining. Print detailed budget reports, group expenses into categories, set category estimates, monitor remaining balances, track payments, calculate percentages, and much more!
Vendors
Keep your vendor information organized so your wedding goes smoothly. From the Vendor page you can quickly visit the vendor's web page, send them an e-mail or view a map of the vendor's address. Vendor information also appears on the Budget form so you can identify the respective vendor when adding expenses. Timelines: Timeline reports with detailed information regarding when tasks should be completed and who is responsible for them ensure that everyone--bridal party and vendors alike--is on the same page on your special day.
Reports
Over 100 reports can be generated and printed in an instant. There is also an overall wedding statistics report that provides you with every wedding statistic imaginable.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.
Free Pick Up In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.
1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.
2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”
4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).
