Great product - easy to install
Review by RachelI installed this in the lounge and three bedrooms. My husband and I had no DIY experience at all, and were kind of scared, but it was really not very hard at all. We had to borrow some tools from friends, though. The hardest part was undercutting the door frames. Be prepared to mismeasure some boards, and buy more than you need. Also, measure the gap around the edges very carefully. The trim Harvey Norman's sells is 1.7cm so if you misjudge your 1cm expansion gaps, it doesn't take much before the trim doesn't cover it anymore.

I thought the product was high quality. It feels and looks like real wood. Solid to walk on. About 1 board in 20 was damaged and couldn't be laid (usually the lip had broken off - sometimes the laminate surface had chipped at the edge). Sometimes a board just wouldn't slot in for no good reason - maybe 1 in 20, again.
Cleaning this is a bit of a pain. When you use a damp cloth it leaves streaks, even using vinegar or laminate cleaner. Also footprints or paw prints show up really clearly due to the high gloss surface. If I were choosing again, I'd probably go with something more matte.
