Rated 3 out of 5 by leaves_sweeper from Good concepts but some limitation(s). I bought this a month ago and got it operational in the Wi-Fi very quickly. It was easy to synch the MyCloud to smaller directories on the PC. Major issues were encountered in setting up sync for large directories (pictures 8GB, music 60GB). There may have been limitations about the number of sub-directories allowed and the entire length of the path/file names. a. Error message received at the end of the copy process to MyCloud from the PC ... no error log or details were readily available. b. Ended up losing some source data on the PC as well as well as getting incomplete files copied over to the MyCloud. Luckily, I had backed-up the PC and was able to restore the files. c. Finally got the sync established for the existing pictures; worked OK when new files were added or deleted. Didn't even try with the music files, given the ripped track names, etc. and the volume of data. Got the MyCloud phone app running quickly and was able to access the data on the MyCloud. Good feature to automatically back-up photo's from the phone to the MyCloud.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Widewings from Satisfied so far. Good price for its kind. Just a bit buggy. So far it does what I bought it for. Happy with the product.
