Roasted Garlic and Yoghurt Dip

Planning a dinner party? Attending a BBQ? Impress your friends and family with this super tasty dip that’s full of crumbly feta, greek yoghurt and roasted garlic. Simply blend all your ingredients in your KitchenAid Pro Line Blender until smooth and spreadable.

Prep 5 minutes (plus cooling)
Cook 40 minutes


4 garlic cloves, unpeeled
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 cup plain Greek-style yoghurt
200g feta, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Grilled flatbread, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.

2 Place garlic on a small piece of foil. Drizzle with half of the oil. Fold up sides of foil, scrunching at the top, to enclose garlic. Roast for 30 to 40 minutes or until garlic is tender. Cool completely.

3 Squeeze garlic from skins, discarding skins. Place yoghurt, feta and garlic in a blender. Season well with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth, adding a little extra yoghurt if mixture is too thick. Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with grilled flatbread
