1. Find Your Sleep Number Promotion Terms and Conditions: 1. Information on how to enter & prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). Participation is deemed acceptance of these Terms. 2. Entry is open to Australian residents. Under 18s must have parent/guardian permission and further, their parent/guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Harvey Norman and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 3. To enter, individuals must: (a) try any Sleep Number mattress or ensemble in a participating Harvey Norman store between 01/11/14 and close of business on 15/12/14; (b) determine their preferred SLEEP NUMBER setting, either with the assistance of a salesperson, or using the “Find My Sleep Number” function on the Advanced DualAir remote; and (c) fully complete the entry form available in participating stores by including the required details and an answer to the promotional question: “What do you love about your Sleep Number setting?” in 25 words or less and place the fully completed entry form in the “Find your Sleep Number” entry box in store, by close of business on 15/12/14. 4. Promotion is valid for customers trialling any Sleep Number bed at participating Harvey Norman stores only. 5. Only one entry is permitted per person. 6. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged by a panel of judges selected by the Promoter, based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question. Winning entries will be selected commencing on 05/01/15. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. 7. Winners will be notified by phone and email. 8. Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 9. Winners must provide an address in Australia where the prize can be delivered, PO box addresses not accepted. 10. A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded in this promotion. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card. 13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize to equal value and/or specification. If for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
