      1. The Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who provide an Australian postal address and comply with these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé Australia Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this Offer. 
      2. Nespresso machine ranges participating in this Offer (“Participating Product”) include but are not limited to the Essenza, Inissia, CitiZ Single, U, Pixie, CitiZ&milk, Prodigio&milk, Expert&milk, Lattissima, Maestria, Nespresso by KitchenAid and Creatista (“Participating Product”). 
      3. The Offer consists of a $60 Coffee Credit and a $40 Cash-Back. Note: To redeem the Coffee Credit the claimant will need to spend a minimum of $8 on coffee capsules. 
      4. Retailers participating in these Offers are retailers who sell Participating Products and operate from shop fronts in Australia including both the shop front and an online store operated by such retailers (“Participating Retailer”). A Participating Retailer does not include: 
      a. a retailer which only operates online stores with no shop fronts; 
      b. the Nespresso Club (whether online at www.nespresso.com or via phone 1800 623 033); or

      5. To claim either Offer, a claimant must 
      a. Purchase a Nespresso Machine from a Participating Retailer between 1 August 2017 and close of business on 17 September 2017 (lay-bys not paid in full by Sunday 17 September 2017 are excluded from these Offers); 
      b. Redeem the Offer online by visiting www.nespressopromotion.com.au and follow the prompts; 
      c. Become a new Nespresso Club Member or be an existing Nespresso Club Member. 
      d. The claim process must be completed no later than 11.59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Sunday 15 October 2017. 
      6. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount. The serial number of the machine must also be provided to Nespresso. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void. 
      9. The coffee credit and cash back will be provided to the claimant within 10 business days after their claim has been validated and processed by The Promoter. The coffee credit will be placed into the claimants Nespresso Membership account. The Cash-Back will be delivered in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) into the claimant’s nominated Australian bank account. 
      10. The credit must be redeemed in full in a single transaction by Sunday 12 November 2017 and may only be used to purchase Nespresso capsules, (excludes accessories). Free standard delivery is included with redemption. . 
      11. Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of sale.
