Visit your selected Harvey Norman franchised store with your order number, photo ID, and payment method and speak to a friendly staff member to collect your purchase.

FAQs

What do I need to bring to collect my purchase?

You will need to bring your 10-digit order number. This number starts with a 2101 and can be found at the top of your order confirmation email from Harvey Norman Online. You will also need a proof of ID. This can be:

  • A current photographic driver's licence or passport
  • The credit card payment you used for your purchase from Harvey Norman Online.

How long will my goods be held?

Your goods will be held by your local Harvey Norman franchised store for 21 days after which Harvey Norman Online will cancel your purchase and refund your account.


Where do I go to collect my purchase from Harvey Norman Online?

When you purchase your goods from Harvey Norman Online, you will be prompted to select a Harvey Norman franchised store that’s convenient to you. This is where you will collect your items.


What time shall I pick up my goods?

Once you receive a “ready for collection” email from Harvey Norman Online you can pick up your goods at anytime. Please check the store finder for opening times as these may differ from store to store.


What if my goods are out of stock?

Is the product you have purchased out of stock? Don't worry, we can place it on back order and once it is available we will notify you when it is ready for collection.


Where in store do I pick up my goods?

Look for the 'Click&Collect” signage in your local Harvey Norman franchised store or speak to a friendly staff member for further assistance.


Can I send someone else to collect my goods?

Yes. However, you will need to send an email to the Online Security team at security.online@au.harveynorman.com with the first name, last name and contact number of the person who will collect the goods on your behalf. The Online Security team will then relay this information so that the local Harvey Norman franchised store can release the goods. Please note that the nominated person will need to show a valid photo ID (driver's licence or passport) and provide the order number from Harvey Norman Online to collect the goods.

  3. The opening hours of each Harvey Norman® franchised store are specific to each Harvey Norman® franchised store.   4. 2 Hour Click & Collect is only available within the specific opening hours of each Harvey Norman® franchised store. You will need to verify the opening hours of the relevant Harvey Norman® franchised store (including in relation to public holidays).
  5. If you make your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® or seek to collect your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® outside of your selected Harvey Norman franchised store’s hours, your purchase will be attended to the next business day.
  6. The Click & Collect App is published by Harvey Norman Online®. Use of the Click & Collect App is subject to the Harvey Norman Online® Click and Collect App Terms of Use and Harvey Norman Online® Click & Collect App Privacy Policy available here.
  7. Your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® is subject to a fraud analytic pre-screening that is undertaken during the payment process.
