To claim, claimants must take each of the following steps. All items must be completed in order for a claim to be valid:
(i) Purchase any Eligible FoodSaver Appliance from a Participating Retailer during the Purchase Period and retain the original purchase receipt; and then
(ii) Visit Foodsaver website and complete the Money Back Guarantee claim form ("Claim Form"), including providing their full name, address in the claimant's name and reason for dissatisfaction.
(iii) Send the completed Claim Form along with the original purchase receipt and Eligible Product to Newell Brands Unit 1 / Level 1 13 Lord Street Botany, 2019, NSW that it is received within sixty days of the date specified on the original purchase receipt, and no later than last mail on 1st April 2022.
