Rated 4 out of 5 by rmgu from Great watch with some bad issues Bought this product some months ago and it has good GPS and great iteration with other sites (bought it mostly because of Nikeplus conectivity). Bad feature that could be improved is the absence of a battery status on the phone. However dont have compatibility with my phone and tablet so always have to connect with wire to my laptop, both to charge and to upload runs. The connection is on the inside of the watch where it touches the wrist and it is a connection where it as to click to connect so a potential for breaking the connection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Super21 from Great for all activities! I bought mine over 6 months ago. I'm very active so this is one of the BEST products out there for tracking every type of activity - running, walking, hiking, swimming, biking, and all types of excising. One of the best features is that it is water proof(up to 3-5 ft but Bluetooth does not work when watch is in water)! You can set daily goals (calories, time, steps, and distance), up load up to 500 songs, multiple play lists, and control the songs from your headset. Probably the only downside is that the ear pieces fit funny, but I've been able to run marathons, lift weights, and even swim with them (music stops when watch is in water but the ear pieces stayed in). Simply put, I'm a real user and believer of this product. I know a lot about technology and there is absolutely no reason that any real person would rate this less than 4 stars. Unless they work for a different company or are not very active and want to blame their lack of results on something.

Rated 3 out of 5 by KennyS from Great product besides the band. I bought this watch wanting some way to track my fitness activity while running, biking, or going for a walk. The software is excellent. The hardware has shown no signs of wear. There is a critical issue with the band though. No matter how carefully I try to remove the electronic watch from the band to charge it the repeated stress is too much for the band. There is a consistent pattern where the band breaks near the button below the screen and the first notch to secure it around my wrist. I have gone through several bands now. :( Pictures included from two of my developing band graveyard.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bri Land from Not that great The main reason I got this watch was to track my fitness and heart rate. I switched from the Fitbit Surge because this one is waterproof. It is extremely difficult and cumbersome to get to the heart rate screen. You can't just swipe right or left in the face of the watch like the Fitbit. You have to press the button press it again press it up and down. Heart rate should be displayed in bold on one of the main screens. This watch looks good overall but that's about it. Tracking features online are even sub par especially when you're trying to set fitness and weight loss goals. With the Fitbit I could see exact time frames and pretty chart graphs of where I've been and how far I've come. Not with this watch and app. They need to study Fitbit and make some major upgrades.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sonny29 from Great features. Swimming is one exercise I enjoy most. Being able to track my progress really help. A few shortcomings I've noticed: So many times, it failed to record the 6th lap I take. Most of the time it can keep up after the next lap, but sometimes it just forgot. GPS takes a very long time to be gained for other exercises, like walking and biking. And I found out the battery drains so fast, I lost the record on my 22 miles bike ride after just 1.5 hour. Also, listening to music can be frustrating, streaming is broken up. I have to literally keep the watch around my front side at all times.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Richard262 from Worst Watch Ever I bought this watch in the summer, and it has been the most unreliable piece of junk I have ever used. When I would be running, the distance and pace would just stop. It did this regardless of software updates, and no matter how many times I reset the thing. I have never been so disappointed in a watch. I'm going back to Garmin.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Timtim from Sometimes it works and the band is tearing This has been a disappointing purchase. As often as not, activity tracking features will not initiate, so I end up either waiting to begin or losing several (YES, up to eight) minutes at the beginning of a run or bike ride. There is no way to look at your heart rate without initiating an activity despite the device constantly monitoring your heart rate. The sleep tracking is unreliable. As well, six months into use, the band has already begun to tear.
