Ingredients
1 tsp cocoa powder or hot chocolate mix
1 tsp red velvet latte powder*¹
1 shot espresso
1 cup full-cream milk
Method for Red Velvet Latte
1. Make Red Velvet Latte: Place the cocoa powder and red velvet latte powder into a heatproof mug. Stir to combine.
2. Brew the espresso directly over the Red Velvet Latte mixture and stir until smooth.
3. Using the steam wand on the coffee machine, steam the milk until hot and silky with a fine foam. Pour the milk over the coffee mixture as you would a normal latte, finishing with a light layer of foam on top.
