Ingredients
2 tbsp caramel sauce
1 tbsp Biscoff® spread
1 shot espresso
1 cup full-cream milk
1 tsp crushed Lotus Biscoff® biscuit
1 Lotus Biscoff® biscuit, extra
Pinch cinnamon, optional
Method for Caramel Biscoff® Latte
1. Make the Caramel Biscoff® Sauce: Warm the caramel sauce and Biscoff® spread together in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth and pourable. Spoon most Biscoff® mixture into the base of a heatproof glass, tilting the glass slightly so it drips and streaks up the sides.
2. Pour the hot espresso into the glass and stir gently to combine with the caramel Biscoff® layer.
3. Make the Milk: Using the steam wand on the coffee machine, heat the milk until steaming, then froth until thick and silky. Pour the milk slowly over the coffee mixture, using a teaspoon to hold back the foam. Spoon the foam on top.
4. To Finish: Sprinkle a crumble of Biscoff® biscuit onto the foam, add a light pinch of cinnamon if using, and perch a biscuit on the rim.
Handy Hints for your Caramel Biscoff® Latte
- For an iced version, chill the coffee first and pour over ice before adding cold frothed milk.
- If the Biscoff® spread is thick, loosen it with a splash of warm milk before combining.
