Delivery
Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.
Free Pick Up In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.
1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.
2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”
4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

Great coffee for the proce of machine!
Review by CourtHave had this coffee machine a few months now, It produces a great cup of coffee, you can use the Aldi pods in it too! The only down side is if the machine gets too hot it takes a while to cool down but other than that i rate it highly and get plenty of comments from friends and family too.

not overly impressed
Review by fathersdayBrought this thinking yup good price hopefully it will give a good cup of coffee. Easy to use. However if you like the taste of brought coffee that tastes burnt! then this is the machine for you. Was very dissapointed and maybe it's just the coffee but the after taste is not smooth and is burnt.hot choc is good.

We returned TWO machines to store, got sick of having to reset error in system.Would not recommend buying this machine to my worst enemy.
Have paid the price and upgraded to a DELONGI. -
pretty good

TIP: Make all the drinks you need first before using the milk frother as that needs more heat and has to be cooled down before making coffee,It can be cooled quicker by releasing the steam in to a mug if needed. -

Excellent once you know how to work it.
Review by deebeeAt first we had a diffculties as the booklet provided was pathetic. The booklet had left out an important part of making the machine work. We then went to the website and watched the instructional video and there was the missing information! - which is the key to starting up the coffee maker! You must also purchase a small metal frother jug for the frothing of the milk. We now have coffee and lattes all the time and they are successful!

Great machine for the price
Review by TimoI bought this machine a few days ago. For just under $80 I was not expecting too much, you get what you pay for. So far it's been great, not a huge selection of coffees, but it makes a good short black and a nice cappuccino and cafe latte. If it gives a year or two of good service it will have been a very worthwhile purchase.
