Delivery
Deliveries usually ship within 2 days from our nationwide store network. The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the size of the product. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is not currently in stock. If this occurs one of our helpful sales staff will contact you.
Free Pick Up In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Free pick up in store option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to pick up your order.
1.During checkout, select “Free pick up in store” and select your preferred store.
2.After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number” (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”
4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (conditions apply).

amazing buy!
Review by newbie.Today i decided i had enough money to buy a gaming console. After researching it decided xbox seemed like the way to go. After about 2 minutes of shopping on the web found this price, kept searching for about 1 hour afterwards and can't find any other price that even comes close to comparing to this price (unless pre owned) going into tomorrow to buy one, DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING DEAL!

Review by ShaeHarvey Norman has this product at a outstanding cheap price! I looked at some other stores and they wanted $200+ for this asact product! its also much cheaper to buy this xbox and buy a 250G hardrive to place in it than it is to buy a $300+ xbox with one already in! I got money for chrismas and wanted to buy a xbox but they were all to much. Now i got a xbox 360! all i need now is some games and the kinect sensor! Thank you- Great product! :)
