Delivery costs vary and are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart. Wherever possible, online orders are sent from your local Harvey Norman store
- What are the delivery time frames?

You can calculate an estimated delivery time frame directly on the product page. Once products are in the shopping cart, a delivery estimate is also available.
Small and mid-sized item delivery (e.g. tech products or small appliances)
• Delivered by postal or local courier services
• In-stock items sent in 2-4 business days

Absolutely! Tracking options vary depending on the products you order. If your order includes different product types, these items will be tracked separately.
Small and mid-sized item delivery (e.g. tech products or small appliances) When your order is sent, you’ll receive an email or SMS and an order tracking link.
Large item delivery (e.g. home appliances or furniture) These items are delivered by truck from a nearby store. You’ll receive SMS updates ahead of your delivery, including a link to track the truck on the delivery day.
Customer Direct delivery Delivered directly to you by a trusted supplier, these items are sent from the supplier’s warehouse. When your order is sent, you’ll receive an order tracking link.
- How does Car Park Collect work?

You can now collect your Harvey Norman Online purchase from the car park of your selected pick up store*.
- Select the ‘Free Click & Collect’ option in the shopping cart and cand select your preferred pick-up store.
- You’ll receive a ‘Ready to pick up’ email from Harvey Norman Online, when your purchase is ready for collection.
- Click the link to notify the store that you're on your way.
- Follow the instructions on where to park – look out for the Harvey Norman Click & Collect parking spaces.
- On arrival, click the 'I'm here' button and provide your car details to help staff find you.
- A staff member will deliver your purchase to your car.
*Car Park Collect is available for computers and electrical purchases at most stores nationwide. This service may be temporarily unavailable during peak trade periods and special sales events.
- What does free Express* Click & Collect mean?

When you purchase in-stock products, you will receive a ‘Ready to pick up’ email, confirming that your purchase is ready to collect from your selected store in as little as 30 minutes.
When does the 30 minute time frame begin?
It begins once you receive your ‘Order confirmation’ email from Harvey Norman Online.Read more about how Click & Collect works.
- Is my Click & Collect ready to pick up?

You will receive a ‘ready to pick up’ email from Harvey Norman Online when your purchase is ready to collect.
Don’t forget to bring:
- Your valid photo ID. South Australian digital licences will not be accepted – a physical licence or pass must be shown.
- Your order confirmation number– the 10-digit number at the top of your ‘Order Confirmation’ email.

- Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order?

Yes. To authorise someone else to collect your purchase, the pick-up person will be required to present the following at the Harvey Norman franchised store:
- Their valid photo ID. South Australian digital licences will not be accepted - a physical licence or pass must be shown.
- The order confirmation email (digital or printed).
- How does Quick Reserve work?

Choose products online and, where available, reserve them at your local store to see them before you buy.
1. Check store stock
Once you have found a product you like, use the ‘Check Store Stock’ button on the product page to see if Quick Reserve is available.2. Select Quick Reserve
Select the ‘Quick Reserve’ button for your preferred store location.3. Fill out your details
Complete the Quick Reserve request form.4. Your request is sent
You will receive an email confirming that your request has been received by the store.5. See it in store
Once your reservation is confirmed, visit your selected store with your reservation number to view your product.6. Reserved for 24 hours
The store will hold your product for one full day.
*Harvey Norman Quick Reserve service may be temporarily unavailable during special sales events.
