Small and medium items: Once your order is sent, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Visit the Track Order page for updates.

Large items: After your order is processed, the store will contact you to arrange a delivery time. You’ll receive an SMS link to track the truck on delivery day.

Customer Direct items: Delivered by a trusted supplier, a tracking link will be emailed to you when your order is sent. Get updates at the Track Order page

Frequently asked delivery questions

Where do you deliver online orders?

Online orders are delivered via our nationwide store network to Australian addresses only. To send items to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery location. You may be required to be available in person to accept delivery of your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Where requested, and subject to size and availability restrictions, your items can be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs for your purchase are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. The standard delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. Delivery costs are also automatically calculated when you checkout and are displayed as a line item in your costs.

When will my delivery arrive?

Orders for products that are also available in store are fulfilled by the nearest Harvey Norman store.

Small and mid-sized items

  • Your order will be sourced from the nearest location with available stock to get it to you sooner

Large items

  • Delivered by truck from a nearby store
  • For products marked 'Available now', your choice of delivery date is confirmed within 24 hrs
  • Products marked 'Available soon' may take longer

Customer Direct items

  • Your order will be sent directly from a trusted supplier
  • Leaves warehouse in 1-2 business days
  • Allow 5+ business days, depending on your location

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Head to the Track My Order page then enter your order number and email address.

For large items, delivered by truck from a nearby store, once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email and a call from the store to organise a suitable time for delivery.

For Customer Direct products, you can track your order once it leaves the supplier's warehouse.

Who will deliver my order?

For small item delivery, we've partnered with Australia Post and local courier providers. For larger purchases, there's a local store delivery team who'll deliver your products at a time convenient for you. Customer Direct purchases are shipped directly from a trusted supplier to your door.

Why is my order split into multiple deliveries?

Harvey Norman stores are operated by independent proprietors, each managing their own area of the business — such as electrical goods, furniture, computers, and more.

If your order includes items from multiple categories, they may be supplied by different proprietors and delivered separately. This helps ensure you receive your items as efficiently as possible, supported by your local Harvey Norman teams. If your order contains a Customer Direct item, this will be sent directly from the supplier.

Free e-waste collection is available at participating Harvey Norman stores across Australia through Ecycle Solutions, a trusted co-regulator of the National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme (NTCRS).
