INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Place the support neatly around your lower waist from behind.
• If unsure of perfect positioning, check the images above for guidance.
• Close at the front with sufficient pressure, with comfort.
• There is no time-specific limit for wearing the brace. Wear it for as long as you would like to.
• You may sleep in the brace if necessary; however, whilst lying in bed, you should not need it
