• With a heart rate monitor on your forehead, press the button to calibrate the Cool-O-Meter
• Other players roll the three action dice to decide what they must do to make you lose your cool
• The tested player must keep their eyes open and sit as calmly as possible
• Once you hear a win sound, you get a point, but if the lights go all the way to red, you lose
• Whoever has the most points after three rounds wins
