The Lifespan Fitness ROWER-500D is compatible with the Fitlink app (download required) and has an integrated LCD display, letting you effortlessly keep track of your time, resistance level, strokes, calories, and distance while exercising. This rowing machine is built with a wide footplate, padded handles, contoured seat, and 30cm pedals with Velcro straps to provide you with optimum grip and comfort during workouts.
