This 70 litre poultry scalder is designed to assist with the scalding process prior to plucking. Constructed from stainless steel, it allows birds to be immersed in hot water to help loosen feathers and reduce plucking time.
Suitable for use with chicken, duck, goose, turkey, and similar poultry.
The unit features a thermostat with digital temperature display, integrated heating element, and a removable dunk basket for easier handling during operation.
