1. During the period: (a) starting from 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday, 6 July 2018 and ending 5.00pm AEST on Sunday, 29 July 2018 (inclusive) (Home Appliance and Audio Visual Promotional Period), any customer over the age of 18 (Eligible Customer) who purchases selected home appliance and/or audio visual products which are specifically marked as TW Wine Promotion home appliance products and audio visual products (Eligible Home Appliance and Audio Visual Products) from a Harvey Norman® Electrical Franchisee or from the franchisee operating the website www.harveynorman.com.au (each a Participating Franchisee) will be eligible to receive one (1) TW redemption code which will entitle the Eligible Customer to claim and redeem one (1) TW Wine package from TW (TW Wine Package) (subject to these Terms and Conditions) (TW Entitlement Redemption Code); (b) starting from 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday, 27 July 2018 and ending 5.00pm AEST on Sunday, 26 August 2018 (inclusive) (Cooking Promotional Period), any Eligible Customer who purchases selected cooking products which are specifically marked as TW Wine Promotion cooking products (Eligible Cooking Products) from a Participating Franchisee will be eligible to receive one (1) TW Entitlement Redemption Code which will entitle the Eligible Customer to claim and redeem one (1) TW Wine Package from TW (subject to these Terms and Conditions); or (c) starting from 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Saturday, 11 August 2018 and ending 5.00pm AEST on Sunday, 2 September 2018 (inclusive) (Laundry Promotional Period), any Eligible Customer who purchases selected laundry products which are specifically marked as TW Wine Promotion laundry products (Eligible Laundry Products) from a Participating Franchisee will be eligible to receive one (1) TW Entitlement Redemption Code which will entitle the Eligible Customer to claim and redeem one (1) TW Wine Package from TW (subject to these Terms and Conditions), (the TW Wine Promotion). 2. Promotional Period, means: (a) in respect of Eligible Home Appliance and Audio Visual Products, the Home Appliance and Audio Visual Promotional Period; (b) in respect of Eligible Cooking Products, the Cooking Promotional Period; (c) in respect of Eligible Laundry Products, the Laundry Promotional Period. 3. The possible TW Wine Packages available for redemption by an Eligible Customer from TW are as follows: (a) TW Wine Package 1: Where an Eligible Customer purchases one or more of: (i) Eligible Home Appliance and Audio Visual Products during the Home Appliance and Audio Visual Promotional Period; (ii) Eligible Cooking Products during the Cooking Product Promotional Period; or (iii) Eligible Laundry Products during the Laundry Product Promotional Period (each an Eligible Product) from a Participating Franchisee for an aggregate purchase price from $399 up to $1,499 (including GST) in a single transaction, that Eligible Customer will be entitled to receive one (1) TW Entitlement Redemption Code which will entitle the Eligible Customer, as the owner of the rights conferred by the TW Entitlement Redemption Code, to claim and receive from TW, 12 bottles of one (1) of the following wine varieties valued at Recommended Retail Price (RRP) $300 in aggregate ($25 per bottle): (i) Wolf Blass Silver Label Sauvignon Blanc; (ii) Wolf Blass Silver Label Chardonnay; (iii) Wolf Blass Silver Label Rose; (iv) Wolf Blass Silver Label Shiraz. (The Eligible Customer can select one (1) wine variety from the list above – subject to availability as determined by TW). (b) TW Wine Package 2: Where an Eligible Customer purchases Eligible Products from a Participating Franchisee for an aggregate purchase price of $1,500 (including GST) and above, in a single transaction, that Eligible Customer will be entitled to receive one (1) TW Entitlement Redemption Code which will entitle the Eligible Customer, as the owner of the rights conferred by the TW Entitlement Redemption Code, to claim and receive from TW, 12 bottles of Wolf Blass Silver Label Sparkling valued at RRP $300 in aggregate ($25 per bottle), and 12 bottles of one (1) of the following wine varieties valued at RRP $300 in aggregate ($25 per bottle): (i) Wolf Blass Silver Label Sauvignon Blanc; (ii) Wolf Blass Silver Label Chardonnay; (iii) Wolf Blass Silver Label Rose; (iv) Wolf Blass Silver Label Shiraz. (The Eligible Customer can select one (1) wine variety from the list above – subject to availability as determined by TW). 4. A reference to a RRP of a wine in TW Wine Package is a reference to a RRP of that wine as published or specified by TW. 5. Before the Eligible Customer can make a claim on TW and redeem a TW Wine Package from TW (Customer Claim), the Eligible Customer must purchase the Eligible Product, provide the Participating Franchisee with their email address, and take delivery of the Eligible Product. The Participating Franchisee will insert the prescribed Eligible Customer information (including purchase price of the Eligible Product) into the Portal (as defined below) to record that the Eligible Customer qualifies to redeem a TW Wine Package. The Eligible Customer will then: (a) receive an email from Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd (Edge Loyalty) on behalf of TW (Email); (b) be prompted to visit https://hn.wineestatespromos.com/Login.action (Portal); (c) on the Portal: (i) insert their contact and delivery information; (ii) select their preferred wine variety; (iii) provide evidence that the Eligible Customer is over 18 years of age; (iv) confirm that the Eligible Customer has accepted these Terms and Conditions; and (v) enter and apply their TW Entitlement Redemption Code. 6. If an Eligible Customer does not have an email address, the Eligible Customer must call 1300 981 526 to make a Customer Claim. 7. A Customer Claim must be made by an Eligible Customer by 11:59pm (AEST) on the expiry date noted in the Email (which will generally be the date being 1 month after the date of the Email) (Expiry Date). Each TW Entitlement Redemption Code will lapse immediately after the Expiry Date, unless a valid Customer Claim has been made in respect of the TW Entitlement Redemption Code on or before the Expiry Date. 8. Each Eligible Customer is limited to one (1) Customer Claim per purchase of Eligible Products. 9. Separate transactions cannot be aggregated or collated to qualify the customer as an Eligible Customer. Even if a customer makes two (2) or more Eligible Product purchases, and the purchase price of each transaction in aggregate exceeds the qualifying purchase price, the customer is deemed not to be an Eligible Customer in relation to those transactions. The purchase of Eligible Products must exceed the qualifying purchase price in a single transaction to qualify the customer as an Eligible Customer. 10. In respect of each valid Customer Claim, TW will supply and deliver the relevant TW Wine Package to the address nominated by the Eligible Customer (at the cost of TW) within thirty (30) days after the date on which TW receives a valid Customer Claim from that Eligible Customer, except in the cases of supply and delivery to rural or remote areas of Australia, in which case TW will supply and deliver the relevant TW Wine Package to the address nominated by the Eligible Customer (at the cost of TW) within six (6) weeks after the date on which TW receives a valid Customer Claim from that Eligible Customer. 11. Whilst TW only uses reputable shipping partners, neither TW nor Edge Loyalty shall be liable for wine bottles and wine boxes damaged or broken during shipment. 12. TW Wine Packages can only be delivered in Australia. 13. Customers can contact TW on (03) 8533 3000. 14. Customers under the age of 18 are not eligible to receive or redeem a TW Entitlement Redemption Code.15. Participating Franchisees are not obliged to offer an alternative to the TW Entitlement Redemption Code to any customer under the age of 18. 16. A TW Entitlement Redemption Code is not transferable and can only be claimed and redeemed from TW by the Eligible Customer who purchased the Eligible Product from a Participating Franchisee. 17. A TW Entitlement Redemption Code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or in any other manner, in whole or in part. 18. A TW Entitlement Redemption Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 19. The TW Wine Promotion is not available to any employees, or family members of employees, of TW, Edge Loyalty or any Participating Franchisee. 20. The promoter of the TW Wine Promotion is Edge Loyalty. Each Participating Franchisee, Harvey Norman Holdings Limited (HNHL) and each subsidiary of HNHL is not a promoter of the TW Wine Promotion. 21. TW must comply with all relevant liquor licensing laws in each state and territory in Australia. 22.TW will supply and deliver TW Wine Packages to Eligible Customers under South Australian liquor licence number 51403170. 23.TW and all participating parties must not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.24. A copy of TW's privacy policy can be obtained at www.tweglobal.com/privacy. 25. A copy of Edge Loyalty’s privacy policy can be obtained at https://www.edgepri.com/home/privacy. 26. The laws of Victoria apply to the TW Wine Promotion. By making a valid Customer Claim, Eligible Customers unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
