The Stanley Rogers Signature Grip Vegetable Chopper Knife, also called a Cài Dāo, is a traditional Chinese-style knife. The slightly curved blade allows for fast, efficient rocking chopping. The indentations on the blade reduce food clinging to the blade. The wide blade is useful for scooping and transferring from the chopping board.

Note: Always clean knives and keep them dry after use. Hand wash gently with mild detergent in warm water. Remember to point knife blade away from you while cleaning. Dry thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth. To prevent corrosion, a knife should not remain in water. Dishwashing is not recommended as it will blunt your knives and can cause corrosion. Store in a knife block or on a magnetic rack to protect cutting edge. Sharpen when needed.
