While remaining faithful to Edward Kenway’s story, Resynced adds expanded narrative content, including deeper arcs for historical pirates like Blackbeard and new recruitable officers aboard the Jackdaw. Ubisoft also confirmed brand-new story scenes and additional world-building elements not present in the 2013 release.
Modern Features with Greater Customisation
The game includes a redesigned and fully customisable HUD system inspired by more recent Assassin’s Creed entries. Players can tailor how much information appears on-screen for either a cinematic or gameplay-focused experience.
