• Formulated with energetic citrous notes of lemon, grapefruit, and lemongrass with the stimulating effects of rosemary and black pepper
• To use for full effect, depending on your preferred method of delivery:
  • Add 6 to 8 drops to your diffuser
  • Use 50 drops per 100ml of carrier oil before massaging
  • 2 to 3 drops for either the bath or the corner of your shower
  • Mix a drop with 5ml of carrier oil before applying to wrists and the back of your neck like perfume
