Formulated with energetic citrous notes of lemon, grapefruit, and lemongrass with the stimulating effects of rosemary and black pepper
To use for full effect, depending on your preferred method of delivery:
- Add 6 to 8 drops to your diffuser
- Use 50 drops per 100ml of carrier oil before massaging
- 2 to 3 drops for either the bath or the corner of your shower
- Mix a drop with 5ml of carrier oil before applying to wrists and the back of your neck like perfume

Note: For external use only. Do not ingest. Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product.
