The B+S Black TF 451 Single Pan Turbo Fryer LPG features in the B+S Black Range, a staple line of the company for over 65 years. This means that these fryers have been tested time and time again. The current models, however, have a slimmer body than before. The newly upgraded and improved B+S Turbo Fryer is constructed using AISI 304 grade stainless steel, to ensure that it is virtually indestructible. Moreover, the 2mm-thick stainless steel tank guarantees it will withstand the pressures of a busy kitchen for years on end. Each B+S Black Turbo Fryer is powered by a highly effective, energy-efficient target burner to ensure even heat distribution throughout the oil; perfect for large quantity frying. Additionally, it not only assists in temperature recovery time but reduces gas consumption. The B+S Black Turbo Fryers also feature an over-temperature safety cut-out switch. This not only protects the Turbo fryer from overheating and breaking down, but it also protects the safety of your staff as well.
