Pre-Infusion Function

For an even extraction, the Breville Barista Touch Espresso Coffee Machine has a pre-infusion function which slowly increases the water pressure to gently expand the grinds.

Enhanced Taste and Flavour

Using the Barista coffee machine’s automatic steam wand, you can adjust the milk’s texture and temperature to your desired taste. It also delivers micro-foam in your drink, giving it enhanced flavour.
