Your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® can be collected from your local Harvey Norman® franchised store for convenience.
- Purchases from Harvey Norman Online® are governed by these Terms and Conditions, and the Harvey Norman Online® Terms and Conditions of Sale available here.
- Express Click & Collect is only available where your purchase from Harvey Norman Online®:
- is finalised on a day on which your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store is open for business;
- is finalised thirty (30) minutes before your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store closes for that day or no later than 4:30pm at the location of your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store, whichever occurs first;
- is categorised as being 'Available now’ by Harvey Norman Online® during the purchase process;
- is not affected by an event outside the reasonable control of Harvey Norman Online® (including any impediment caused by the fraud assessment);
- is not categorised as 'Available soon’ or 'Unavailable'.
- Click & Collect may not be available for products marked as 'Unavailable''.
- The opening hours of Harvey Norman® franchised stores are specific to each Harvey Norman® franchised store. You will need to verify the opening hours of your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store (including in relation to public holidays).
- Please use the Store Finder functionality on the Harvey Norman Online® website, or alternatively contact your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store or 1300 GO HARVEY (1300 464 278) to find out the opening hours of your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store.
- If your purchase is finalised after 4:30pm on a day that your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store is open for business (being 4:30pm at the location of your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store), your purchase will be attended to the next day that your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store is open for business.
- If you make your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® or seek to collect your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® outside of the opening hours of your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store, your purchase will be attended to the next day that your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store is open for business.
- Each Harvey Norman® franchised store within a Harvey Norman® complex is owned and operated by an independent franchisee that is granted a franchise by a subsidiary of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited to use certain intellectual property including the trade mark Harvey Norman®, pursuant to the terms of a franchise agreement.
- How does Express Click & Collect work?
- Add your selected products to your cart and proceed to check out;
- Select the 'Free Click & Collect' option and select your preferred collection location by entering your preferred postcode or location where you wish to collect your purchase from Harvey Norman Online®;
- Once you have selected your preferred collection location, a status will be displayed next to your selected products which will be either:
- 'Available now': this means your products will be available at your preferred pick up location, and are able to be picked up on the same day you purchase your products from Harvey Norman Online®.
- 'Available soon': this means that your products cannot be collected from your preferred pick up location on the same day you purchase those products from Harvey Norman Online®. 'Available soon' products should be available for pick up from your preferred location at a later date.
- 'Unavailable': this means your products are not available for collection at your preferred pick up location and will not become available at your preferred location. The products you have purchased from Harvey Norman Online® may, however, be available for collection at other pick up locations or via a delivery method.
- Finalise your purchase from Harvey Norman Online®;
- Receive confirmation email from Harvey Norman Online® regarding your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® (at which time title in the products you have purchased has passed to you); and
- Pick up your Harvey Norman Online® purchase from your nominated Harvey Norman® franchised store for convenience.
- Your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® is subject to a fraud assessment that is undertaken during the payment process. Your payment to Harvey Norman Online® will be deemed to be (1) 'accepted', (2) 'not accepted’. If Harvey Norman Online® classify your purchase as 'accepted', you will receive a Confirmation email from Harvey Norman Online® (at this time the 30-minuteClick & Collect time frame begins and title in the products you have purchased has passed to you).
- The ability of Harvey Norman Online® to organise the collection of your purchase, including within the specified time frames, is subject to anything outside the reasonable control of Harvey Norman Online®.
- If you elect to use Click & Collect, you will receive the following from Harvey Norman Online®:
- a Confirmation email confirming your purchase from Harvey Norman Online® (please note that at this time the 30-minute Click & Collect time frame begins and title in the products has passed to you);
- a Back Order email confirming that Harvey Norman Online® has ordered the products you have purchased from Harvey Norman Online® (if your products are 'Available soon');
- a Ready To Pick up email (if your products are ready to pick up); and
- an email attaching your tax invoice from Harvey Norman Online®.
- To the extent that these Click & Collect Terms and Conditions conflict with or are contradictory to the general Harvey Norman Online® Terms and Conditions of Sale, these Click & Collect Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

When your purchase is ready to pick up, please present your:

- Your order confirmation email (digital or printed)
South Australian digital licences will not be accepted - a physical licence or pass must be shown.
In-store pick-up
Pick up your order at the Click & Collect counter of your selected Harvey Norman store — it's free, and convenient!
Simply look for the Click & Collect signage or speak to a staff member.
Not in a hurry? Your purchase is available for pick-up from your selected store for up to 3 weeks.
Your local Harvey Norman team is happy to help with tips, set-up advice, and more - just ask when you’re in store.
Car Park Collect
Sit back and relax in the comfort of your car – a team member will bring your computers and electrical purchases to you, free of charge. It’s that easy!
- Click the link in the 'Ready to pick up' email to notify the store that you're on your way.
- Follow the instructions on where to park – look out for the Harvey Norman Click & Collect parking spaces.
- On arrival, click the 'I'm here' button and provide your car details to help staff find you.
- A staff member will deliver your purchase directly to your car.
Once you've received your 'Ready to pick up' email, follow the instructions before driving to the store.
Warehouse pick-up
When your items are ready, head to the warehouse for an easy pick-up – with a helping hand if you need it!
Your 'Ready to pick up' email will include the warehouse address and opening hours.
- On arrival, park in the designated customer bays – Harvey Norman warehouses are open to customers for order pick-up only.
- Follow the signs to safely guide you to the Click & Collect pick up area.
- If help is needed, the friendly warehouse team will happily load your purchase into your car.
Don’t forget to check the warehouse address and opening hours in your 'Ready to pick up' email.

What does Express Click & Collect* mean?
When you buy in-stock items from Harvey Norman online, you'll get a 'Ready to pick up' email in as little as 30 minutes, letting you know your items are ready to collect.

It begins once you receive your ‘Order confirmation’ email from Harvey Norman Online.
How will I know when my purchase is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive a 'Ready to pick up' email from Harvey Norman Online.
Where do I go to pick up my purchase?
In-store: Visit your selected Harvey Norman store and look for the Click & Collect signage or ask a staff member for assistance.
Car Park Collect: Check your ‘Ready to pick up’ email for instructions and click the ‘I’m on my way’ link. Park in the designated Click & Collect spaces, click the 'I'm here' button and provide your car details. A staff member will bring your purchase to your car.
Warehouse: Check your ‘Ready to pick up’ email for the address and opening hours. Park in a designated customer bay then follow the signs to the Click & Collect area. If needed, the warehouse team will assist in loading your purchase into your car.
How does Car Park Collect work?
You can now collect your Harvey Norman Online computers and electrical purchases from the car park of your selected pick-up store*.

Use the ‘Free pick up in store’ option in the cart and choose your preferred pick-up location.

A ‘Ready to pick up’ email will be sent to you when your purchase is ready.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my purchase?

Can someone else pick up my purchase?
Yes. To authorise someone else to collect your purchase, your nominated pick-up person will be required to present the following at the Harvey Norman store:

How long do I have to pick up my purchase?
Once your purchase is ready for pick up, your selected Harvey Norman store will hold it for 21 days. Following this, your purchase from Harvey Norman Online will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
What does it mean if products are marked 'Available Soon' for pick up at my selected location?
If a product is marked 'Available Soon' at your selected Harvey Norman store, this means that your products cannot be collected from your preferred pick up location on the same day you purchase those products from Harvey Norman Online.
The 'Available Soon' products should be available for pick up from your preferred location at a later date. You can still select this store for Click & Collect and complete your purchase from Harvey Norman Online. Please allow extra time.
What happens after I order a product marked 'Available soon' and choose Free Click & Collect?

Your selected store will order your product.

Your purchase will be ordered by Harvey Norman Online to be available for pick-up from your selected Harvey Norman store.

You will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email followed by a 'Back Order' email.

Once your product is available, a 'Ready to pick up' email will be sent to you by Harvey Norman Online.

Visit your selected store to collect your product.
What if the products that I wish to purchase are marked as 'Unavailable' at my selected store?
If the products in your shopping cart are marked as 'Unavailable', that particular store cannot be selected as your pick-up location.
