Rated 1 out of 5 by Business Customer from Maintenance Nightmare Printer is only 2 months old and clogged printer head jets became a recurring issue almost immediately. Using the "clean" function only worsens the clogs, a problem well documented in on-line material and acknowledged by Epson. Also, it is recommended to turn off your printer at night and to use full color printing no less frequently than every 4 days. So, no vacations for me? No nighttime wireless printing from my mobile devices? When working, the print quality was fantastic, but we lost total access to blue ink after only 3 weeks, so only useable as a B&W printer now- and the black clogs easily, so not sure how long that will last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by John from So far, the WF-7620 is a great printer I had an Epson Artisan 800, about five years old. The Epson Workhorse WF-7620 is "LIGHTYEARS BETTER". Epson has done an amazing job with it. I unpacked, set-up and installed the printer and fax software from the CD provided on two desktop computers and three laptops in a little bit over a half an hour, each one on the very first try. Even with just four cartridges (CMYK), the print quality is much cleaner and sharper than with the the six cartridges on my old Artisan 800. The scan quality is great and printing speed (for both 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17 sheet sizes) is very quick. Thank you Epson. I give my new all-in-one printer a big thumbs up!

Rated 1 out of 5 by ricc from WF7260 i bought this at a great savings but even though I saved a lot on this Epson printer, I find it extremely sensitive and fragile to printing. First, it took along time and a lot of prompts to set it up. I never was informed the set up was "finished." Then, paper tray sensitivies and prompts that came up when paper size was incompatible. Then more than one piece of paper would come through, staggering the printing over the two or more pages. I am out of room to continue this critique. Let me finish by saying I am not satisfied with this product. It is big, heavy, fragile and each print job is always uncertain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PortraitsOfAnimals from Epson WorkForce WF-7620 Not only did I get a great deal on the purchase of this printer, but it was sooo easy to set up for printing via cable and wireless with my other computers and electronic devices. Printing on different papers through different paper trays from different devices all through the day, it handles them all. And the quality is excellent--finally I can make my own art prints, even up to 13x19, and I can also imprint inside my offset printed cards for custom orders from customers. I've been considering this purchase for at least two years, and have been talking to other professional artists for the past six months on the best choice for a small studio, and this was it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Harleyman from Installation for Dummies I'm age 61 with average computer skills. Without a doubt, this was the easiest installation process I've ever experienced. It took me about 30 minutes from out of the box to up & running. I could have done it quicker; but, I ordered the 6 foot USB cable, just to save a couple of dollars. I wish that I would have ordered the 10 foot USB cable to reach my PC from the table location I want to mount the printer. Now, I need to re-arrange my office furniture; but, I needed "a change" anyway. This printer is billed to do everything that I need. I can't wait to get into production with it, since the "test page" looked terrific.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Johnr from One major flaw, one minor flaw Minor-Alignment of the print heads is chancy, and the bottom about 1 inch slips out of alignment resulting in text ghosting. Major-When the ink cartridge comes up empty, the partially printed page is ejected during cartridge replacement, resulting in the loss of a full sheet of what might be expensive paper (even 13x19 plain paper isn't cheap). Other Epson printers I've used don't do this, so this feature was a surprise. The printer itself is good and handles larger pages well. It seems to have an indicator for when the ink sponges are full, so maybe it won't just stop working with no clear indication of the problem - like some other Epson printers do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Steakman from Work Horse I work in the Oil /Gas business as a QC Inspector - Supervisor. This is the only printer out there in its class that can not only handle the workload which is heavy having to print out Hundreds of multi page FIWP's for QC and for Craft (using both sizes of paper), , but do it without having to change out the paper each time one wants to go from 8 X 11 to 11 X 17...something that I do often. I own two of these units: one for home office or doing QC work in town and another I take with me to projects up in the Oil Sands. Great versatile unit that I have been using for more than 3 years now....without incident.

Rated 2 out of 5 by psionprime from Almost decent Epson continues to try and their products have some great things but something seems to *always* bring the product down. This one is much the same with great prices and feature set. However the killer on Linux and basic Windows driver support have limited page sizes which I am considering to be a bug. I bought this to print tabloid size documents but is a no go with the current drivers (some of which are horribly out of date). The quick install on Windows 10 only has a handful of page sizes and nothing larger than letter... which defeats the whole purpose of a large format printer....again, this Epson has become a throw away printer.
