• Turn the sock inside out, stopping at the heel.
• Insert your foot into the foot portion of the sock as far as the heel.
• Center the heel in the heel pocket.
• Pull the remainder of the sock up over your heel and calf.
• Smooth out any wrinkles, ensuring the material is evenly distributed. Do not fold the top band over.
