How to Use

1. Prepare: Place the mat flat on a firm, comfortable surface.
2. Connect: Attach the controller to the mat, then connect the power cable to a wall socket or suitable power outlet.
3. Power On: Press and hold the power button for three seconds to switch on the controller.
4. Relax: Select PEMF, heat, red light/NIR, or TENS, then set your session duration (1–12 hours).
