Quick Reserve
We strive to offer our customers a flexible service that is convenient to each individual customer.
The Free pick up in store option allows you to reserve online, pick up your purchase and pay in store. By picking up in store you can get your purchase sooner and without the costs of delivery.
Quick Reserve allows you to reserve your product(s) for a day, choose whether you would like to buy online or go to your nearest store at your convenience and view your product(s) before buying.
Should you decide to use Free pick up in store, the process is seamlessly integrated into the checkout process.
Step 1
Firstly, click on the ‘Check Store Stock’ button. We can check there and then if a product is available in stock for you.
Step 2
Either enter the nearest postcode or suburb most convenient for you and select a store to check the stock.
Step 3
If the product is not in stock you will be redirected to the nearest store where the product available to you.
Step 4
Just enter your details and click to reserve. We will confirm it for you and hold the product until the end of tomorrow.
Step 5
Before the end of the following day, choose whether to buy online or view your product before paying in store.
