Oversized delivery covers kerbside drop-off at your delivery address or shopping centre loading dock, only.
Oversized delivery excludes the following:
- Carrying items up lifts, stairs or steps
- Installation
- Removal of existing goods or packaging
Oversized deliveries must be received in person. If you are not present at time of delivery, you will be liable for a second delivery fee.
In the event of a failed or cancelled delivery, a 40% restocking fee will apply.
