How does it work?

• Fred Pro connects with the MyTag app and combines both Apple and Android networks through nearby smartphones to help locate your dog. By using a dual-network system, Fred Pro can benefit from a larger number of connected devices, helping provide more accurate and frequent location updates compared with single-network trackers.
• All location records are stored for up to three days, allowing you to review your dog’s recent journey and retrace their movements. Bluetooth tracking works within approximately 10–15 metres, although the actual range may vary depending on walls, metal objects, and other physical barriers.
• Fred Pro is within Bluetooth range, simply press the sound icon in the app to activate the built-in speaker. If the battery level becomes low, the speaker function may stop before tracking is affected. Like all crowdsourced network trackers, Fred Pro performs best in areas where more smartphones are nearby to help detect and update its location.

How to use:

1. Scan the QR code in the printed manual to download the MyTag app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Remove the insulation tab to activate Fred Pro.

3. Follow the instructions in the app to connect your tag. No account registration is required.

4. Attach Fred Pro to your dog’s collar using a compatible FRED collar accessory.

5. Use the app to view the latest location, check the previous 3 days of history, activate the sound alert, or share tracking access with family members.
